12.3 Million Euro given by the European Union to the Afghan Government for projects of better local Governance
The European Union signed an agreement worth 12.3 million Euros with the Afghan Government for improvement and better local Governance.
The money will be spent on Local Governors Offices and Provincial council and city improvement also the Mayer’s Office.
I.D.L.G projects such as policy making for local governance will be included in this project. The main aim of this project is to create a transparent and un corrupt account of local governance for women and men to work.
It is also said that improvement of local governance, local investment, and budget making, and building a bridge between the public and local government.
From this project 13 provinces and 22 cities will receive funded between three years and the funds will be given out by the UN from the European Union Budget Account.
